Equipment selection FAQ

Practical answers before you request a quote.

How we handle equipment selection, specifications, product imagery and project confirmation.

01What information do you need to recommend a machine?

The most useful starting points are your raw material, finished product, target hourly or batch output, available voltage and destination market. Product dimensions, temperature and your current process help narrow the selection further.

02Can equipment be configured for different capacities?

Yes. Capacity is treated as a project input, not a fixed website promise. The final model, working volume, feeding arrangement and downstream connection are confirmed against your product and required output.

03Do you supply individual machines or complete lines?

Both. A project may begin with one machine or with a modular line covering cutting, grinding, mixing, marinating, filling, forming, thermal processing, packaging or hygiene steps.

04Do you cover slaughterhouse equipment as well as processing equipment?

Yes. The range includes pre-slaughter conveying, restraint and washing equipment, dehairing, deboning, carcass lifting, freezing plates and the hygiene equipment that supports them.

05Which meat products can the equipment handle?

The range covers applications involving beef, pork, lamb, poultry and selected seafood or prepared foods. Suitability depends on whether the material is fresh, chilled, tempered, frozen, boneless or bone-in.

06Are the specifications shown online final?

No. Website figures describe typical ranges and equipment families. Exact dimensions, installed power, output, utilities and included options are confirmed for the selected model before quotation.

07What materials are the machines made of?

Food-contact parts are specified in SUS 304 or SUS 316 stainless steel. The exact grade for each part is stated in the quotation and can be matched to your product and cleaning chemicals.

08Can you provide certification or compliance documents?

Available documents depend on the specific machine, configuration and destination market. Tell us the required standard at enquiry stage so the applicable documents can be checked before quotation.

09Are all images on this website photographs of supplied equipment?

No. Photographs show product families of the type we supply, and pages marked "Schematic view" use a drawing instead of a photo. The homepage processing-line image is an AI-created concept visual, not a delivered project.

10Can equipment connect with an existing production line?

Potentially. We first need the upstream and downstream machine details, working height, product transfer method, available space, control requirements and utilities before confirming an interface.

11What does an equipment quotation include?

The quotation identifies the selected model, main configuration, supply scope, optional items, commercial terms and available documentation. Installation, commissioning, spare parts and freight are clarified separately when they apply.

12How is the production lead time confirmed?

Lead time depends on the selected machine, configuration, quantity and current production schedule. An estimated lead time is provided with the commercial offer and reconfirmed before the order is finalised.

13Can installation and commissioning support be arranged?

Support is planned according to the equipment and destination. Remote guidance, operating documents or on-site service may be discussed before order confirmation. The scope, travel conditions and costs are stated in the final offer.

14How should buyers plan spare parts and after-sales support?

Share the expected operating hours, maintenance capability and destination at enquiry stage. A recommended spare-parts list and the available support method can then be matched to the selected machine and recorded in the order scope.
